This 3 bedroom unit has a master bedroom overlooking
180-degree views of the water and mountains. There is a
bathroom inside of it as well as a queen size bed.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the street side of the house.
The middle bedroom has a queen size bed. The back bedroom also
has a queen size bed as well as 2 twin beds. These 2 bedrooms
share a good-sized bathroom. There is an air conditioner only
in the middle bedroom. The master bedroom has a 4 x 8 sliding
door that opens to the trade winds off of the bay.

There is an additional charge of $30.00/person/night or
$175.00/person/week for each additional guest over the
usual 8 guests. Infants 1 year and younger stay for free.
- Reduced rates available for stays longer than 4 weeks.
