Amenities: We have tried to think of everything you might need while staying with us. Our cottage, condo and suites are fully equipped with cable TV, mini refrigerators, coffee makers, toaster ovens, hot pots, alarm clocks and hair dryers. Everyone has access to a computer with an internet connection. We will supply you with beach towels, chairs and snorkel equipment. So just bring an adventurous spirit and your bathing suit and we will show you just what aloha is all about. Daily maid service is not provided but can be arranged for additional $15/night. Security Information Dreams Come True on Maui is located in a quiet residential area. Our property is set on a tropically landscaped 1/2 acre of land and is very private. You will not feel crowded in any of our accommodations like you might in many of the hotels and condos. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to accommodate an early check-in if your room is ready. Please inquire with us first. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out up to 6:00 pm is available for 1/2 the daily rate. Be certain to reserve this option in advance. Accepted Payment Methods When you are ready to make reservations or if you have any questions please call us at our toll free number from US and Canada (877) STAYMAUI or our local number here on Maui (808) 879-7099. We will confirm your reservations via email with a credit card deposit of $200 or you may mail us a personal check within 7 days of booking. Your balance should be paid by personal check 40 days prior to arrival. You also may pay for your entire stay by credit card, but a 3% surcharge will have to be added to cover the credit card fees. No personal checks will be accepted upon check-in. If, by special arrangement, your balance has not been paid in advance, then you will need to pay by cash or travellers checks prior to check-in. Extra Fees To all rates please add Hawaii tax of 11.42% Cancellation Policy If your plans change and you need to change your dates we will accommodate you without a fee, provided the change is made 40 days prior to arrival. But if you need to cancel completely, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee if cancellation is more than 40 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes after arrival or less than 40 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $50 processing fee only if your dates can be rebooked. www.bnbHawaii.com 2004 |
