The Fern Room is located on the ground floor of the main house, next to the Peacock Room. It is friendly and comfortable with a King size bed plus a futon bed couch. It has a private bath with soaking tub and shower and a separate entrance, cable television and a small refrigerator. The view is to Koi Ponds, gardens and forest plus it has ocean view.
Rates for double or single occupancy: $85.00 plus 11.25% tax per night, sleeps up to 3 persons with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

TV, Ironing board, hair dryer, radio, ceiling fans,
linens and towels provided. Baby Crib and Futon available.
